Documents Required for University Registration

• ACCEPTED LETTER:  Original or certified copy of the acceptance letter you received from the university, Documents Required for University Registration.

• HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATE:  Original copy of high school diploma or temporary graduation certificate and its Turkish translation (Apostilled) approved by notary or Turkish foreign missions.

• EQUIVALENCE CERTIFICATE:  Original copy of the equivalence certificate of the high school diploma obtained from the Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Education provincial directorates of national education or Turkish foreign representations (consulates).

• TRANSCRIPT:  An official transcript showing the candidate’s high school courses, grades and GPA, approved by the high school principal, and a copy of its Turkish translation approved by a notary or Turkish foreign missions.

• PASSPORT AND IDENTITY:  A photocopy of the visa section of your passport and the pages containing your identity information.

• FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND TURKISH PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATES:  If available, a copy of an internationally valid foreign language certificate and a Turkish proficiency certificate approved by a notary or Turkish foreign missions (Apostilled).

• PHOTOGRAPHS:  6 photographs measuring 4.5×6.0 cm.

• TUITION FEE RECEIPT:  Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee has been deposited into the relevant bank (may vary depending on the institution).

Notes:

• It is important that the documents are up to date and complete.

• Turkish translations of the documents must be approved by a notary or Turkish foreign missions.
