What is TR-YÖS?
TR-YÖS (Türkiye Yabancı Öğrenci Sınavı) is the official foreign student admission exam administered by ÖSYM (Turkey’s Student Selection and Placement Center) for international students who wish to study at Turkish public universities. It is organized centrally by the Turkish government, replacing previous individual university entrance exams.
From 2023 onward, all international students applying to state universities in Turkey must take this standardized test.
